26 September 2024 – The universe of the Piaggio MP3, the inimitable first three-wheel scooter in the world, continues to evolve and improve: following the début of the new “maxi” versions with engine capacity of 400 and 530 cc respectively in 2022, the Piaggio MP3 310 has landed – the third generation of the lightest, most agile vehicle which has revolutionised urban mobility, setting new standards of comfort, safety and riding pleasure!
The Piaggio MP3 310 is a compact, sporty, dynamic vehicle that maintains the high levels of comfort and technical content that are typical of the bigger GT scooters.
But the new Piaggio MP3 310 makes these qualities available to everyone: it can be ridden with a car driving licence, thanks to the exclusive Piaggio three-wheel technology. The front articulated quadrilateral suspension system and the double front wheel are unique and distinctive elements that make riding the Piaggio MP3 an absolutely unique experience, with more cornering stability than any other scooter, and excellent road handling that can be felt on wet asphalt or in poor grip conditions.
The compact dimensions and handling of the Piaggio MP3 310 can be appreciated both in manoeuvring whilst stationary – making parking super easy – and whilst moving, where it boasts enhanced agility. The front end is extremely precise in riding and even more communicative.
The Piaggio MP3 310 is equipped with an all-new engine, the latest in the extraordinary HPE (High Performance Engine) : Type-approved according to the Euro 5+ standard, the 310 hpe engine benefits from an increased cubic capacity ( 310 cc instead of the 278 cc of the previous engine), as well as various features specifically designed to enhance the riding experience, not only in terms of performance, but also with regard to the ride comfort and rideability – all combined with reduced fuel consumption.
A unique style for the entire range, inspired by the automotive world
The front has been completely redesigned, and is now broader and more protective, with a new horizontal front light cluster with full LED technology. In the centre of the shield is a smaller, sportier air intake, characterised by a three-dimensional honeycomb grille. Underneath these is a vertical spoiler, the product of a careful aerodynamic studies: combined with the all-new side deflectors, this provides greater stability and contributes to a higher maximum speed. The windscreen is also new with a shape designed to guarantee maximum protection with limited bulk.
The vehicle also nods to a number of the latest trends in automotive design, from the striking, sporty front end to the mudguards – which feature body-coloured elements in the Sport version – and the rims, which feature a new design with five split spokes: another clear reference to the luxury sport saloon world.
The bold front is offset by a sleek, streamlined tailpiece, which elegantly integrates the comfortable passenger grab bar and ends with the modern full-LED rear light cluster.
Comfort and functionality
The Piaggio MP3 310 is also equipped with a totally new user interface. At the centre, a large instrument panel with a 5-inch LCD display provides all the necessary information: the digital speedometer and the rev counter are visible in the centre, with the total and trip odometer, air temperature, digital clock, fuel level and coolant temperature indicators, along with the ice danger icon and “service” icon. The panel displays a wide range of information regarding the trip, which can be selected using the MODE button on the right-hand control block: highest speed, average speed, instantaneous consumption, average consumption, battery range and charge level. The warning lights, on the other hand, monitor all the functions such as “injection check”, fuel reserve, oil pressure, ABS activation and immobilizer. The handlebar and dashboard controls have been repositioned, and are now more practical and functional.
Above the instrument panel, meanwhile, is a practical glove compartment with a drawer and USB connection inside, ideal for recharging a smartphone and any other enabled device.
Remaining on the subject of the user interface, the Piaggio MP3 310 features the keyless system, which enables the ignition to be switched on without having to insert the traditional key, simplifying all the operations like starting the engine, opening the seat and the fuel door and locking the steering column, all of which can be done with the remote control conveniently in your pocket. The classic ignition switch with lock is replaced by a practical knob: to start the vehicle, simply press it (which activates the start enable function) and turn it to the ON position. Starting the engine is accomplished as usual with the button located on the right-hand control bock.
The saddle, with seating on two separate levels, has a new foam structure designed to improve comfort, and is shaped to allow easy and safe contact with the ground and to guarantee adequate lumbar support for the rider. The passenger position is laid back and relaxed, thanks in part to the practical fold-out foot boards which, when closed, integrate perfectly in the fairing.
The under-seat compartment is extremely spacious, and easily accommodates a full-face helmet or two demi-jet helmets, as well as other objects. The saddle has a spring to keep it in the open position. A practical and discrete concealed bag hook finds a place integrated into the leg shield back plate.

The new Piaggio MP3 310 is available in two different versions: the Piaggio MP3 310 and the Piaggio MP3 310 Sport, the latter distinguished by even sportier finishes and details.
PIAGGIO MIA
Always connected to your smartphone
With Piaggio MIA, you can connect your smartphone to your bike’s electronics system via Bluetooth and access a host of exclusive functions designed to make your riding experience more enjoyable and stimulating than ever.
Once you’ve downloaded the special Piaggio app from the App Store or Google Play then paired it with your bike, you’ll see all your message and incoming calls alerts displayed on the instrument panel. The system enables you to manage your calls via the MODE button on the right-hand command panel, and to use your phone’s voice commands to make calls or listen to a playlist.
In addition to being able to manage calls and music via the vehicle’s digital instruments, the multimedia PIAGGIO MIA platform gives you access to a host of useful data on your phone via the app, regarding the trip done and the condition of your bike. On top of all this, it saves your location when you turn off the dashboard, providing handy assistance when you’re trying to pick out your scooter in a crowded part of town.
The app can also provide engine revs, actual power and torque output, current and average fuel consumption, battery voltage and riding style evaluation. All data generated is registered on the app and can be viewed on a trip-by-trip basis directly on your smartphone via intuitive infographics. The app also pinpoints Piaggio assistance centres and includes a handy configurable schedule to remind you when services are due.

The Piaggio Medley creates a new class of high-wheel scooters that combines the advantages of an agile and lightweight scooter with those of a larger and more powerful high-wheel bike.
New Piaggio i-get engine
The Piaggio Medley features the latest evolution of the Piaggio i-get 125 engine. iquid-cooled, with 4-valve distribution and electronic injection. This type of engine gives the Medley even more liveliness and agility in traffic, improving performance and making it among the most powerful in its class.
Comfort first
Not only agile, practical and dynamic, the Piaggio Medley is also comfortable and offers plenty of storage. The combination of lightness and functionality makes it ideal for everyday trips around town, while the seat opens up by an electric button handily positioned on the handlebar.
Underseat compartment
The rear of the bike is distinctly tapered, with surprisingly compact dimensions, given the spacious 36-litre underseat compartment that can hold two full-face helmets, something not often found in a high-wheeler. This is achieved by the smart design of the tail and repositioning the fuel tank in the centre of the footwell, a solution that not only increases storage capacity but also means you can refuel without leaving your seat. Another advantage is that the improved mass centralisation delivers a better road riding experience.
Medley and Medley S
Piaggio Medley prefers more classic and elegant colours combined with a brown seat, matt bronze finishes and silver grey wheel rims. The 'wraparound' front end blends perfectly with the 'slim' rear, giving it an even more dynamic and functional look. The Piaggio Medley S is distinguished by its sporty matt black finishes; this sportiness is accentuated by the red shock absorber springs and a shade that also appears on the seat seams. To emphasise its sporty soul, the callipers are adorned in gold and the discs acquire a 'wave' profile.
URBAN CROSSOVER

Piaggio 1 Arrives: 100% Electric
Introducing the new generation of E-Scooters for urban mobility: quality, technology, reliability, and safety for the first time in one essential, easy, and lightweight electric scooter
Piaggio 1 maintains all the premium content typical of Piaggio scooters: design and attention to detail, refined, great reliability, and cargo capacity.
The 1 version is equipped with a 1.4 kWh battery that weighs 22 lbs, whereas the 1+ and 1 Active versions use a higher capacity 2.3 kWh battery that weighs 33 lbs.
The 1 Active version stands out aesthetically from the other two with red decorations on the rear swingarm.

Piaggio 1 comes in dual range of colours: Forever Grey, Forever White and Forever Black are the three most sombre colour schemes which highlight the minimalist and clean design, whereas Sunshine Mix, Arctic Mix and Forest Mix are three two-tone liveries that enhance its youthful and fresh spirit. In the Mix colour schemes, the saddle has seating characterised by a grey covering that creates more of a contrast with the glossy black side inserts.

The revolutionary nature of GITA and KILO
The Piaggio Group continue to shape the future of mobility with the creation of GITA and KILO, the first Piaggio Fast Forward products.
Introducing GITA and KILO, the first projects developed by Piaggio Fast Forward (PFF), a newly-established company overseen by Piaggio and based in the U.S. with a goal of pioneering the future of light mobility. GITA (which means “short trip” in Italian) is an intelligent autonomous vehicle designed to support humans. It can carry up to 18 kg and both observe and communicate. Reaching speeds of up to 35 km/hour it is able to follow a human operator and can also move autonomously in a mapped environment.
KILO is the big brother of GITA and can transport up to 100 kg in its spacious 120-litre compartment.
The Piaggio Museum earns a place in the Tripadvisor Hall of Fame

Piaggio Fast Forward, a robotics company revolutionizing active lightweight mobility, today announces its partnership with (RED). The limited edition (gita)RED will be available for purchase exclusively during the fifth annual (RED) SHOPATHON, available for sale on Amazon.com/RED Monday for a limited time.
(RED) is a nonprofit organization that raises awareness and funds to help end AIDS. For every (gita)RED sold, $50 is donated to the Global Fund. Piaggio Group awarded the Poste Italiane tender
The Piaggio Group confirms its position as the leading European supplier of postal and professional delivery vehicles
The Piaggio Group (PIA.MI) has been awarded the tender put out in the EU by Poste Italiane S.p.A. (PST.MI) for the supply of 5,000 three-wheel thermal scooters to be used in postal delivery services. The contract is worth an overall amount of more than 31 million euro.
Mymoover
The vehicle in question is the new scooter, Mymoover, designed and developed by the Piaggio Group specifically to meet the transportation and delivery requirements of corporate fleets and typical delivery needs.
Mymoover offers an outstanding load capacity of 95 kg thanks to the combination of front and rear carriers (25kg front and 70kg in the rear compartment). Additionally, the “high wheels” and double-wheel tilting rear system guarantee high stability and safety when driving.
Poste Italiane recognised the scooter as the best solution for transportation of large volumes, while guaranteeing safety and manoeuvrability.
Shipment of the fleet will be completed by mid-2021.
The contract confirms the Piaggio Group as the leading European supplier of postal and professional delivery vehicles: the experience built up by Piaggio over the years has led it to win contracts for the supply of more than 53,000 scooters to the postal services in the main European countries.
