Model Description
Piaggio offers a standard 24-month warranty on their scooters and motorcycles in the UK. They also provide an optional extended warranty, allowing owners to extend coverage for a third and/or fourth year. This extended warranty is available for scooters purchased from the Official Network on or after May 19, 2025.
The Piaggio quadrilateral suspension system (specifically on the MP3 three-wheeled scooter) is considered “so good” because it solves the core stability, braking, and safety issues of two-wheeled scooters, especially in urban environments, without sacrificing the leaning sensation of a motorcycle. It uses an articulated four-bar linkage with independent tilting wheels, providing superior front-end grip, comfort, and, crucially, the ability to lock the suspension upright at low speeds.
