Royal Enfield launches The Classic 500 Tribute Black – A commemorative End of Production Limited Edition motorcycle.
31 January 2020: The Royal Enfield ‘Bullet Classic 500’ was launched over a decade ago, in 2008. Sincethen, the company’s hallmark UCE 500cc single-cylinder motorcycle has echoed Royal Eneld's traditionof the long stroke character, producing an unmistakable thump that has reverberated through thehearts of it’s riders. These 500cc motorcycles were the genesis of the Classic 350 as we know it today,and have been instrumental in Royal Enfield’s success across the world.
Announcing the end of production of the 500cc single-cylinder, long-stroke, unit construction enginemotorcycles in India, Royal Enfield today announced an end-of-production, special series motorcycles,the Classic 500 Tribute Black Limited Edition. These motorcycles will be the the last in India to carrythe iconic long-stroke single cylinder UCE 500cc engine and will be exclusively made to order in a limitedproduction run. Each of the motorcycles will carry a hallmark commemorative ‘End of Build’ serialnumbered plaque making it unique to its owner.
The Royal Enfield Classic 500 Tribute Black Limited Edition motorcycles will bear the distinguishedand iconic pin-striped just like the Classic 500s that were rolled out of the Royal Enfield Thiruvottiyurfacility in 2009. For the first time, Royal Enfield will have a dual tone scheme on the fuel tank withfenders carrying glossy black and matt black. This unique all-black-livery and dual-toned shade adds aunique touch to the timeless aesthetics of the motorcycle. With an End of Builds Special Edition badgeand a trendy all-black theme, the Classic 500 Tribute Black is an absolute collector’s edition

New Delhi, February 11th, 2021: Royal Enfield, the global leader in mid-size motorcycles (250cc-750cc), todayannounced the launch of the new Himalayan across India, Europe and the UK, in three new distinctive, terrain-inspiredcolourways, along with a range of upgrades. The versatile adventure-touring motorcycle will now be available in NewGranite Black (mix of matte and gloss), Mirage Silver, Pine Green, in addition to the existing colourways Rock Red,Lake Blue and Gravel Grey. With this launch, the Himalayan now gets the Make It Yours – MiY – initiative allowingcustomers to personalize and accessorize their motorcycle across all channels – the RE App, the website and atdealerships. The new Himalayan will also feature the Royal Enfield Tripper, simple and intuitive turn-by-turnnavigation pod. The new Himalayan comes with improved seat cushioning allowing riders to enjoy extended saddle time with even morecomfort. The rear carrier on the new Himalayan now comes with an additional plate to ensure secure fastening andplacement of any luggage.
